Requirements


  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Knowledgeable in basic plumbing repairs, including:
  • installing toilets, faucets, hose bibbs, etc.       
  • working with clogged and slow drains, some appliances
  • installation of water heaters
  • performing yearly service on gas/oil boilers and furnaces
  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
  • Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
